Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Plc-Direct D3-08TR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pneumatech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Power-one product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pmc such as the M504F0010100006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4477CS manufactured by Pneumatech and we are pleased to be able to service most Pneumatech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 75984105P by Manufacturer Power-one as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Power-Electronics Brand BT1461A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Point-Grey such as UI1240SECHQ equipment made by Point-Grey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Point-Grey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Point-Grey" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B33936 made by Powerflo as well as the popular BRD2094A original spares produced by Polycom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 207HI by Power and UI1240SECHQ spares by Point-Grey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L42A1A1100900003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powertec.
